Organizational scan 

We developed the organizational scan for assessing the effectiveness of an organization management system.

We are too well aware that organizations are extremely complex systems that cannot be simply reduced to a few bricks. The scan though, gives a great understanding about where fundamental redesign is necessary.

The scan covers 5 areas:

- management concept of authority and accountability

- vertical structure, or layering

- horizontal role relationships

- managerial leadership processes

- talent pool development

You can take the scan yourself or set up a team assessment. Once all participants have completed the assessment, you will receive the final report via e-mail, in pdf-format, along with guidelines on how to facilitate a discussion of the results. The report includes a detailed analysis of the above 5 areas.
