About

Robert Teunissen, the founder of the company, has many years of experience in leadership inventory and development initiatives; his skills reach from in-house advisor on business leadership, to solving concrete conflicts among executives, as well as between leaders and the teams they guide. He has vast knowledge in addressing cross-functional project leadership, in analyzing critical management constraints and in bringing about lasting and sustainable outcome change in enterprises and organizations.

Robert holds an MBA from Boston University and has MSc degrees in geophysics and geology. Currently he is completing his training in organizational psychology at INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France) directed by of Manfred Kets de Vries, Professor of Leadership Development and Director of INSEAD's Global Leadership Center. 

He is an Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, an international business education, research and accreditation organization with over 4,500 Accredited Associates worldwide. 

Besides Dutch, he is fluent in English, French and Italian. He lived and worked in the Middle-East, Africa and Europe. He works with a small network of international experts who are the best in their field and with whom he has implemented projects in fields covering leadership development, management training, human resource management, organizational design and transformation.
