
Approach
We emphasize behavioral change, which includes working on relationships in groups and teams and providing opportunities for exploration and development of relationship processes and dynamics. We take the group as the frame of reference for addressing phenomena such as role analysis, leader-follower behavior, interpersonal conflict, workflow inter-group relations, diversity, and authority dynamics.
We pay attention to the dynamics of personality development, emotions, thinking of motivation of which a person or a group is unaware, and its efforts to understand the sequence, however irrational, that proceeds from feelings to thoughts to behavior.
We co-operate with INSEAD Global Leadership Centre’s network, which gives us access to the latest forms of knowledge development and, if necessary, enables us to mobilize know-how and manpower on an international scale at short notice.
